OUR PARTNERS
Merv Huxford BSc ATAINZ RFA
Founder and Managing Director Merv Huxford opened his accounting and taxation business in Orewa back in 1979. Helping clients to understand and resolve the challenges they face - whether financial or otherwise - is what Merv loves to do. Merv is well known for his charitable work, particularly with the global Rotary Foundation, Hockey Hibiscus Trust and several other local community trusts. He has extensive experience in financial investments, particularly equities, and in clarifying and interpreting issues in difficult situations such as mediations.
Bronwyn Ellison BBS Dip. Tax

Bronwyn joined Orewa Taxation Service in 1991 after graduating from the Massey University in Palmerston North. She has a keen eye for detail and a wealth of experience assisting clients with their personal and business accounting and taxation work. Bronwyn also has many years experience in the charitable sector - serving as trustee or treasurer for several local charitable trusts, including Orewa Gymnastics for many years.

Jason Tudor BMS

Jason came to Orewa Taxation Service in 1996 after working as an auditor at a large CA firm. He enjoys the variety of working with smaller, local businesses and seeing them succeed. Jason specialises in assisting clients with investment properties and mortgages. He also completes many financial reviews for charitable organisations.
Brodie Hunt
​
Brodie joined Orewa Taxation in 2006. He can take care of all Companies Office requirements including company formations. Brodie will work to advise you of the best accounting software for your business. He takes pride in helping clients become more efficient with their compliance work, so they can spend more time building their business and seeing it thrive.
OUR STAFF
Pip Hankin
Pip handles tax returns for self-employed clients, clients with rental properties, and individuals. She also looks after clients that Orewa Taxation Service runs payroll for on MYOB, payday filing to IRD, and GST returns. Making the whole process simple for clients is Pip's priority.
